Perfect for this hot summer night! Bummed that I didn’t have cilantro or peanuts but it was still delicious. Mine was a little on the salty side. I might’ve been too heavy handed with the soy sauce.

This was a delicious change from our usual bolognese. Added chopped garlic scapes to the zucchini and used ground pork because that’s what I had in my freezer. Easy to put together. Forgot to save pasta water but used about 2.5 cups of broth. Good summer pasta!

Just made these for the first heat wave of the summer. Last year I made them for my birthday party in July. A 7-year-old popsicle gourmet declared them “the best popsicles ever”, but he wasn’t sure about the substitute for cake. I told him no one was ever sad when eating a popsicle. He became very serious, and said I should drive around town giving out popsicles to anyone who looked sad. Popsicle therapy!

This was so easy and unbelievably delicious. Halved with ease using one egg yolk and an 8/8 pan. Then assembled in a 4 inch loaf pan. Another keeper!

I tried this recipe today, and it turned out absolutely delicious! The instructions were clear, the ingredients were easy to find, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I especially loved how simple the preparation was while still delivering amazing flavor. My family really enjoyed it, and I’ll definitely be making it again. Have this in the oven now, only changes were the addiction of sliced mushrooms and double the mozzarella (because, cheese). Smells delicious, looking forward to trying the finished product.
